"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Colossians 3:23-24

Top Ten Books
Here is a list Pastor Kevin De Young put up on his blog about the "10 most influencial books for reformed evangelicals". Since this is exactly who I am, I thought those blog readers (all three of you) would want to know where I stand. While I'm not sure I can spit out ten on the spot, here's my best try (by the way, this is in no particualer order except the first one):
1. "Desiring God", by John Piper
2. "Future Grace", by John Piper
3. "Evangelism and the Sovereignty of God", by Mark Dever
4. "Spectacular Sins", by John Piper
5. "Screwtape Letters", C.S. Lewis
6. "9 Marks of a Healthy Church", Mark Dever
7. "God Has Spoken", by J.I. Packer
8. "The Last Word", by N.T. Wright
...and many others that aren't coming to mind
